Be Active, Get Motivated

Women have so much power to prevent and improve their health now and in the future simply by being active.

A study revealed that doing regular Exercise throughout middle age can delay biological aging by up to 10 years or more. It may also help shield you from other form of  cancer because it helps you keep your weight down. Workouts can also help boost your body's defenses against viruses and bacteria and reduce chronic inflammation for healthy adults.

According to the American Council on Exercise, that as we get older we start to lose muscle-more than half a pound every year after age 25. Since muscle burns more calories than fat. The rate decline quickens in your 40s, when estrogen production wanes. Once that happens, it becomes even harder to lose weight because estrogen helps your body burn calories.

Remember this: The more you sit around, the older you body can get
